Our standard of excellence is two part. First, we expect each person on our team to develop mentally, physically, and spiritually. Secondly, we expect mistakes, but we expect to build processes to prevent those mistakes from happening again in the future.

We make decisions and ship. Businesses decay from paralyzing indecision. We have a culture that ships. I’m proud to say that our whole team takes pride in collecting bear pelts.
Make Good on Promises
The expectations we set are promises that we expect each other to keep. We are accountable to each other, our clients, and stakeholders to make good on promises. We do what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it.

We do the right thing. Our reputation means everything, and we make decisions to preserve our personal and our company’s reputation.

We get our hands dirty. Our egos aren’t so big that we can’t take out the trash or clean the whiteboard. We are a team that has the attitude that no job’s too big, but we realize to get there takes a “no job’s too small mindset.”.

We like having fun. We spend nearly a third of our lives with our working teams, and we want to spend that time with people we admire, respect, and most importantly like. Same holds true with our clients—it should be enjoyable on both sides.
Highest and Best Use
What shouldn’t you be doing? Having the right people ”on the bus” is expected and important, but having each person in the right seat is vital. Sometimes it takes fine tuning to ensure everyone is maximizing their strengths, not getting caught up in overcoming a weakness. Our culture promotes each person’s highest and best use.
1. Connectivity. Our work is your business. You'll never be left hanging.
2. One-mistake fix. We are good, but we aren't perfect. We will make mistakes, but our commitment is to never make the same mistake twice.
3. Results. We are good looking people, but that's not why you're doing business with us. We expect to generate results for your business. While results aren't immediate, if you don't see a path to results, then tell us to move out. We won't even leave our toothbrush behind.
